My Story
The anthology book "Once Upon In Our Minds" includes the story of Namit's "Fruits of the Junk Deed", with a focus on how both food and behavior impact physical and mental well-being, as seen in its main character, a young boy. Through this narrative, readers can develop an understanding of how positive habits can benefit their own health.
