Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries around the world. We take complete responsibility until the shipments are delivered.

 
Outside India: -

We ship all packages through India Post or an alternative partner available at the time to ensure extensive coverage across the globe. All shipments are sent through parcel and can be tracked using official tracking feature of delivery partner and the recipient's national mail service using the consignment number that will be shared once the package is dispatched. Delivery of international packages can be between 7-15 days depending on the location, size of the package, along with other conditions.

Within India: -

We ship all packages through India Post or an alternative partner to ensure extensive coverage across India. All shipments are sent through Registered Parcel and can be tracked using official tracking feature using the consignment number that will be shared once the package is dispatched.

Orders above ₹ 250/- will be shipped free of cost within 1 - 2 business days of payment being received. For in-stock items, it will take 5 - 7 business days for delivery of orders once dispatched which can be tracked. Out of stock items can take longer as it depends on the availability with our suppliers which we will work to expedite and ship.


For orders below ₹250/-, shipping charges of ₹ 40/- will be applicable.
Business Days - Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Return & Exchange Policy


Order Cancellation:

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labelled "Order Received". Once an order has a status of "Order Processed", it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed and is ready or has been sent for shipping.

Return & Exchange:

We make every effort to ensure that books are not damaged in transit or handling. However, if any book is damaged in transit or needs an exchange then it will not be replaced or exchanged by us.
