Judges are essential to take control of the events and direct them, to fairly define the winners, to encourage and motivate those who lost, and make events potentially beneficial by increasing their prestige.

Ankita Manna

Learning and Instructional Designer

Ankita Manna is a Learning and Instructional Designer based out of Mumbai. She has been a writer and mentor for the past seven years, working across domains of feature films, OTT, and corporate clientèle.

​

Ankita holds a master's degree in English from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and is a certified teaching professional. She is an alumna of Purdue University where she has specialized in Digital Marketing and a management student at Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode at present. Her collection of 25 original poems The Tale of a Tomorrow Hourglass was published in July 2022 prior to which her writings have been featured across various international journals, anthologies and webzines. Her documentary "Women of the Desert" was one of the selection by Tufts University to be exhibited at the PNDP programme in Medford, Massachusetts.

When not writing, Ankita can be found traveling, mostly playing with children and meeting strangers to learn stories that inspire her.

Divya Nair

Assistant Professor and IQAC Coordinator

Miss. Divya is currently working as an Assistant Professor and an IQAC Coordinator at School of Education and Research department, MIT Art, Design and Technology University. She has an experience of 5 years as an Assistant Professor and 7 years as a teacher in secondary schools. Her educational qualifications include MSc. Microbiology, B.Ed, M.Ed, M.A. Psychology [Clinical Psychology as a specialization], Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Media. She has cleared UGC NET with JRF in Education. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD in the multidisciplinary domain which encompasses areas of Education, Cognitive Psychology, Positive Psychology and Educational Psychology.

 

Her work “Active Inquisitive Model [AIM] for Multicultural Education” is copyright registered. Her two book chapters namely, Techno pedagogical Concepts with Digital Skills and National Education Policy 2020: A Landmark in India’s History of Education are in the pre-booking stage with the international publication house CRC Press, Taylor and Francis, United Kingdom. One of her book chapter is under publication with the international publication house Emerald, Taylor and Francis, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. She has to her credit a State level gold medal in Microbiology. She stood first in many research paper competitions at both State and National levels.

 

Her other domains of interest include Graphic Designing, Classical Dance and Classical Singing. She is Nritya Visharad in two different classical forms i.e. Bharatnatyam and Mohiniattam. She has written many poems and short stories in English and Hindi and has won many awards for the same. She won the outstanding entry award in International Creative Writing Contest held in December 2021, judged by Chetan Bhagat. She loves exploring creative writing and is always on a hunt to participate in renowned competitions both at national and international levels. Some prominent mentions include the Write India Season campaign - Times of India, Wingword Poetry competition and Commonwealth Short Story competition.

Anurag Shourie

Poet, Author and Anaesthesiologist

Anurag Shourie is a multi-talented individual with a passion for both medicine and literature. As an anaesthesiologist by profession, he brings his expertise in the medical field to his writing. He has authored India's first Medical Thriller, 'Half a Shadow', as well as 'Kalanjali', a collection of Hindi poems.

With degrees in medicine and hospital management, Anurag Shourie possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience. However, it is his love for the written word that truly sets him apart. His short stories and poems have been featured in prestigious national and international anthologies.

Currently, Anurag is employed by a multinational Clinical Research Organization (CRO) while residing in Chandigarh with his wife and two children. In addition to his professional pursuits, he utilizes social media platforms such as YouTube to spread social awareness through music and satire on his channel BabaSeer. Furthermore, he has another dedicated channel called Anurag Shourie where he shares his profound love for poetry.

Anurag Shourie is an accomplished individual who seamlessly blends his passion for medicine with his creative endeavours.
